Loved everything about this comfortable and well set up B&B. location was great - loved the walkable neighborhood, close to downtown and happenings in town. communication with Nina was great. Loved it!

We had a wonderful time staying several nights. It was private and we had everything we needed to have restful couple of days during our time in Grand Junction. The location is near the monument and has wonderful views of the surrounding area. Ann was extremely gracious and welcoming and responded to questions in more than a timely manner. Would recommend visiting her spot!

Great location and great place! Was perfect for the transition space that I needed and only a few blocks away from downtown so the location is hard to beat. Host was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!
