Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!

Our home is located on a beautiful 2.5 acre wooded setting with a small pond. We have hiking trails around the woods and a beautiful lawn to sit outside and enjoy. Our location can't be beat! Highway 131 is only two miles away. We are 20 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids, 20 minutes from Gun Lake Casino, 20 minutes to the airport, 35-40 minutes from Lake Michigan, and 25 minutes away from Yankee Springs Recreation area.
