We offer a 700sq ft loft, it has a new kitchen, new stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans etc. New hardwood flooring throughout loft and ceramic in the bathroom. I bedroom with a queen size bed. A double bed tucked away and a single cot. A newly renovated 4 piece bathroom. A living room with 2 love seat a chair end tables and television. We have added a water cooler and bottled water. We’re 3 minutes from Aboiteau beach.

Enjoy this 4 bedroom home plus den, that offers 3 queen beds, a double, a twin bed and a twin day bed with trundle. Having an upper and lower level deck with a view of the ocean is a truly remarkable feature. 10 minutes to Parlee Beach in Shediac. 5 minutes to L'aboiteau Beach in Cap-Pele.
