Classification4* This home faces the beach and when tide is high, it faces the sea. It is as if you were living on a boat, breathing with the tides.Bakery and grocery stores are in walking distance. Live outdoors, enjoy the beach , sailing , walking to the 'thermes marins' (wellness) or to the walled city of Saint Malo. Unfortunately, the house is not suited for wheel chair access and people with difficult mobility. The use of stairs is obligatory to reach the sitting room and the bedrooms.

An extension designed by an architect made it possible to enlarge the initial building and add a modern kitchen/dining room, giving full floor on a terrace with everything you need to enjoy it. 2 bedrooms and a separate bathroom await you on the first floor. A large attic room is available on the second floor. The house is perfectly furnished and equipped to accommodate 6 people and possibly infants.

Romantic storytelling house

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
