Want to spend the day at the lakeshore? It's only 30mins away. Or go downtown for events, concerts, restaurants, breweries and more. We are just 8 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. This unit has designated parking close by, keyless entry, short walk to the apartment from parking for easy access.

**Important to note: we are currently undergoing an exterior landscape renovation to be complete late Spring of 2026.** Welcome to our tiny home! In 2019 my husband and I set out to renovate this old pool house into a self-sustainable apartment or tiny home in our backyard. As you can imagine… things did not turn out the way we intended and construction was completed in the fall of 2020! The amenities are not lacking within the space and we know you will feel at home!

The Amberg House was completed in 1911 at the pinnacle of Wright's Prairie Style influence.
