Central apartment with balcony & air conditioning

Apt au 3eme et dernier étage d’un immeuble typique. Grande chambre et grand salon (clim, wifi, tv, Netflix compris) Joli balcon avec la tête dans les arbres l’été, la vue sur les toits de Marseille l’hiver. Pas de parking mais possibilité de se garer dans la rue. 20 min à pied du vieux port, 10 min à pied du cours Julien, du Parc Longchamps, de la gare St Charles, proche commerces Un lit bébé, adapté nourrisson jusqu’à 3 ans sur place, prêt à l’emploi. Futons dispo pour les enfants.
