Primrose Hall Holiday Cottage Rutland

Primrose Hall is a beautifully renovated, Grade 2 listed stone barn conversion. It is ideally situated in the Rutland village of Empingham, within walking distance of Rutland Water’s North Shore. Empingham nestles in the Gwash Valley, equidistant from the charming Georgian town of Stamford, and Rutland’s county town, Oakham. The village has a shop, pub, medical centre, and an antique shop just 250m away. The local area also benefits from many other very good pubs, restaurants and cafes.

The Bramley Nook

Located down a hidden lane in a quiet riverside village with excellent transport links into Newark on Trent, Lincoln and Nottingham. Although peaceful, it is moments off the A1, so great for onward journeys. It is also ideally placed for access to the famous Newark showground. Situated in a rural setting just a short meander to the riverside pub and lovely walks. ‘ The Nook' is a cosy 1 bed holiday cottage, which is set in the village of Laneham, North Nottinghamshire. The cottage has a number of quirky features, exposed beams, a wood burning stove and a hot tub. The village boasts one of the best pubs in the area 'The Bee's Knee's, which is a 30 second walk. The Reading Room

A timber framed barn, formerly used as the village reading room and lodge for shooting parties. Converted in 2020 to offer a comfortable holiday stay. Located in the middle of the quiet village opposite the Green Man pub. Ideal for quiet weekends or longer stays to explore Lincoln and the surrounding countryside.
