South facing apartment in the city center facing the fishing port of Granville, exceptional view, on the 2nd floor without elevator. Very clear, this apartment has 4 windows on the harbour which gives an impression of a living painting from anywhere. The large central room is separable by sliding door which allows to create a night space in addition to the bedroom independent of the kitchen/dining room. We have completely renovated this apartment.

You can forget about the car during your stay, everything is within walking distance. Ideal for a Granville getaway for couples or families. Great light throughout. The city center with all shops is 300 m walk and the beach is 8 mins as well as the thalassotherapy center. Granville station is 15mm walk but possibility to take the free Neva bus lines. Mont Saint Michel is 46 km by car (by bus: line 308 in summer)
