Discover this 100% natural gîte and its terrace, perfect for relaxing under the olive trees. In a palette of soft tones of straw and limestone, the bastide reveals a harmony of ecological materials and handcrafted objects in the colors of Provence. Guests can freely access the estate's swimming pool (shared with the estate's second cottage, La Chapelle) Living room, open equipped kitchen 4 bedrooms with shower rooms and toilet (+1 independent ground floor toilet) eco-friendly bedding, duvets and pillows, organic bed linens Private panoramic terrace Estate swimming pool access This is a part of the Bastide with independent access. The second part of the Bastide is occupied by the owners but faces the other side. An old chapel converted into a cottage is also part of the Domaine. Access to the Domain's swimming pool (Shared with the Domain's second gîte) A 6-hectare estate planted with more than 300 century-old olive trees that you can discover with good shoes. An ecological project based on 5 main axes: 1/Protection of existing heritage 2/Use of healthy and natural materials 3/Limitation of energy 4/Water management 5/Waste management 1.5 km from the center of Grasse, stay in a typical Provençal haven of peace, surrounded by olive trees and enjoy stunning views of the hills. Nice Cote d'Azur Airport 35 minutes away. Cannes train station is 20 minutes away. St François district accessible by car from the center of Grasse, by bus (Line 9 Jeanne Jugan) or even on foot (30 minutes with unevenness) The owners' house is still under construction but does not generate any nuisance.

Pleasant sunny studio with a view.

Relaxez vous dans ce beau studio de 45m2 entièrement neuf, baigné de soleil et ouvrant grâce à ses grands baies vitrées, sur une jardin paysagé avec comme toile de fond les collines grassoises et la Méditerranée. Il comprend un grand lit double, un canapé lit, une cuisine toute équipée, une salle de douche, un espace extérieur dînatoire, ainsi que l’accès à un terrain de pétanque et au jardin. Un tout nouvel espace ombragé avec transat, coin salon et une grande table. Parking couvert compris.

Petit STUDIO très bien équipée avec entrée et parking privé dans une grande Propriété avec piscine et jacuzzi chauffés du 15 avril au 30 octobre . La piscine extérieur et jacuzzi ainsi que le jardin sont partagés mais assez grand pour profiter chacun son espace de tranquillité . Je vis dans la bastide principale . Un Havre de Paix entouré d oliviers centenaires . A 35 minutes de l aéroport de Nice et divers villages provençaux et 14km de Cannes . Tele grand écran /abonnement Netflix

Beautiful studio for 2 persons with a huge bathroom and its own jacuzzi, perfect for couples. Located in a spacious accomodation surrounded by 10 000 sqm secluded proprety with exotics animals, lama, donkey, swanns enjoying minilake. 10 X 10 meters infinity pool.
