The house is very good, it was clean, the kitchen is large and it has everything to use, the accommodations and beds are very good as well. the barbecue is great. The only thing I thought could be better was the price to heat the pool, I found the price too expensive. But in the others it was well worth the experience, I intend to return at a next opportunity.

It has the location near the center, we were able to move easily, the house is well equipped, we cook every day that we stay in the house and bed and bath linen were also available. The house is in a quiet place, close to downtown. The host responds fast, clean and comfortable home, excellent pool, ventilated area and spacious. Just as a negative point, not the house, it is the streets outside the center that are of beaten ground, this is all over the city. But the house in yes is a great place to stay with family and friends, I recommend.

The flat is perfect, we were in 11 adults and 1 child and behaved very well, the hotel has all day attraction for children, surrounded by nature, and very close to the center. They were happy days.

It was a great stay, Nathalia's attention was something to be highlighted, making us feel very comfortable. The house is very complete, has a private barbecue and Nathalia once again helped us, leaving coal for us and an incredible area to enjoy with the family! For those who go, there are no markets in the vicinity for shopping, but the location had deliveries available on iFood, which makes it much easier if you forget something or want to order. The fence with plants and a little gate help too much to guarantee the privacy to enjoy the saw in a beautiful and very green environment. Come back for sure!

I spent amazing days with my family at the Chalet and it was all flawless! Bruno has always been very helpful with everything, the environment clean, organized and has everything we need, very complete indeed! I can say that the place is even more beautiful in person, a lot of peace, tranquility, the perfect place to relax and connect with nature! I wanted to score only one thing that could improve, which would be the lighting on the outside, the night gets a little dark, but other than that, all perfect... I have plan of the operator Claro and there the internet signal works great! The way to reach is a little difficult because it is land, but totally understandable because it is a rural property and in the hills, but I say with all the certainty of the world, it pays too much, the view is amazing and the climate is very pleasant! I'll save it to get back there again, WE LOVE it! Gratitude, Bruno, Mr. Sérgio and Edvaldo!

Eduardo is extremely helpful and attentive. We had scheduled a date and the day before we had a problem that prevented the trip, he was extremely understanding and kind at the rebooking. In addition, it always responded quickly, and the day before forwarded location and directions on how to get home, which is even 7 min by car from the center and has super easy access (a straight line). Lastly, the famous diarist D. Joelma was unfortunately ill on the date we were but his sister (D. Ane) made her times very similar to the comments we have seen, being kind, discreet and available, keeping all the space always clean, preparing our breakfast and assisting in the preparation of dinner/lunch, very valid to have her services. Anyway, I and our entire group of 12 more people, we felt at home at Our Lady of Graces, and we intend to return.

Raquel is a great host, very attentive and kind. She fulfilled all our requests. The house is super cozy and welcoming. We really enjoyed it! We definitely recommend it to other guests.
