We had a great time at this original place that made the delight of young and old. The downsides are noted in the listing: only one toilet/bathroom for the whole place, but we can accommodate it. Pay attention to the access to the bathtub which is a little complicated, inadequate for people with disabilities.

Apartment very well located and as described in the listing. Close to the city center and main tourist activities. Very nice view of the typical and historic district of Dole. Very clean and well-equipped accommodation. Very quiet place. Gisèle and Dominique were available and very welcoming. We are delighted to have also been able to visit Dominique's workshop with his beautiful creations! We recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in the heart of this beautiful city!

The loft was amazing! Very well equipped, clean and decorated with taste. Explanations for check-in and use of amenities were clear and easy to follow. The apartment is perfectly located, with easy access to everything you need in the city. I 100% recommend, thank you for this great stay!😄

Our arrival in dispersed order was well anticipated by our host who was attentive to our changes. The accommodation is located in the city center, near shops with parking next door The apartment is bright, spacious and very clean.

We spent New Year's Eve 2024 in a warm and intimate setting. The place is convenient and with the host's information, it was easy to enjoy the place (walkway, hot tub, kitchen etc...) We had a question about the hot tub and the host came to the premises in 15 minutes to fix the problem. Notable responsiveness! 😁 We recommend my friends and I this place to meet you and your loved ones in this ideal setting at the good times! Thanks Mathilde and Florent! 😄

Lucien is a very nice host. The house is clean and spacious. However, the accommodation would benefit from being complemented by dishes and electrical appliances such as extra plates, a toaster, bowls or dishes... We'll be back for sure!

Everything was perfect: clean and bright space. Activities within the accommodation are an asset: pool table, ping pong table The quietness of the countryside is very nice with the terrace and the little corner of lawn. We had a pleasant stay.

The hosts and the place were perfect. We only made a quick stopover for a competition, but this place was ideal for an evening break. Without hesitation we will come back if we have to come back to the area.

We had an idyllic stay in Cohons. The accommodation is nice, nicely decorated and has many advantages: large terrace with barbecue, sunbed, hanging armchair, functional kitchen with lots of utensils, large bedroom and of course the hot tub to relax throughout the stay. There are many things to discover around with remarkable gardens, walks in the forest, visit Langres... I would recommend this place to all lovers of nature, calm and those looking for a real moment of relaxation.

A beautiful village and home with a very relaxed feel to it. We loved the view of the fields. The pizza van on a Friday night and the village bakery was a bonus. A great first night to our onward journey to Provence. We hope to see you again.

Spacious and perfect for 8. Each couple had their own room. The 2 bathrooms are welcome. Host responsive when we needed anything! And friendly too.

I start studying here shortly, and booked the room for a few months. The stay is suitable for both short and long stays, Laure ensures the guests are quiet, respectful and clean. She is incredibly helpful and hand-on, even from a distance, taking care that the flat is well-kept and clean at all times. The flat is near the center (20mn walk) but also very close to some small hiking trails, perfect for an afternoon stroll.

It is very well arranged and with lots of useful amenities. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a stay with family or friends in a quiet and soothing place!
