Monthly Rentals in Gray Summit

Our stay at the carriage house surpassed our expectations. The grounds were so beautiful and pristine. The carriage house was so nice. The bed was so comfortable. Our dog, Ellie loved to hang out with the horses. She whined because she did not want to go in. Stephanie was such a gracious host. We will definitely return when we are in the area again.

Taleasa understood the assignment!! We were there attending dog shows and of course had dogs with us. She understands the needs of dogs and provided everything you could need (minus their food of course)…including clean up equipment outside. We were greeted with a nice, welcoming message on the board in the kitchen and additional information about where things are. Really can’t say enough good things about our stay.

For a quick slice of solitude outside of St. Louis city, this place was perfect! Gorgeous yard and cozy space just a skip away from grocery stores and restaurants. If you’re going to cook however, bring your own salt! If you’re planning to do laundry, bring your own laundry detergent. The home didn’t have these.

This was our second time staying here while we visit family in town. We absolutely love this house and will definitely be staying again! Thank you Matt!
