Please note that we also live in the house (lower level), we have parquet, which may creak (the ravages of time), we have a dog, a cat, so the accommodation is not anti-allergenic, there is no TV. Pets are welcome, upstairs you have about 90 m2. We have no neighbors, a restaurant, a grocery store about 10 minutes away.
