The house is quiet and surrounded by nature, but only a 7 min drive from city center. It consists of a big living room & kitchen, entry and bathroom on the ground floor, a master bedroom, 2nd bedroom (with bunk bed for kids, but also usable by adults) and bathroom on 2nd floor. There are also another bedroom with infrared sauna and bathroom in the basement. The best part however, are the garden with terrace, fire pit, trampoline, the balcony and the big roof terrace overlong the hills of Graz.

Präbichl is in Semriach b.Graz (not iron ore). The house is very quiet with no artificial light nearby. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot outside the house. No other guests Linen, towels, hair dryer are provided. In the kitchen are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, Bookcase with lots of games, even for children. A crispy house for those seeking peace and quiet

The cottage is completely made of wood and very cozy, in the middle of nature without car noise. It is romantically heated with a Swedish stove in the cold season. The bedroom is a very cozy mattress storage above the kitchen (10 sqm mezanin). A large terrace invites you to sunbathe all year round. There are small woods all around and you can take beautiful walks. The city of Graz is not far away and excursions to southern Styria are also available.

The enchanting Schilcherstöckl convinces with charm and flair. Absolutely quiet and located in the heart of Schilcherland, it immediately welcomes you with a lot of warmth and feel-good atmosphere. Nature & adventure vacation home

At an altitude of about 600 meters, at the end of a sack road, surrounded by nature, you will find our cottage. Although in the middle of the forest, you are only about 10 km from the nearest supermarket, gas station,... In our fast-paced time, this should be a place to enjoy time in nature and tranquility. During your stay, we are looking forward to a visit to the Bio Schusterbauerhof - La Paca (about 10 minutes drive from the cottage)
