In der Küche gibt es alle E-Geräte und ausreichend Geschirr, in zwei Schlafzimmern Doppelbett und Schlafcouch mit Bettwäsche, auf Wunsch ein Gitterbett, im Badezimmer Wanne und Waschmaschine. Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle sind zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar. Ideal für Regenwetter sind die vorhandenen Brettspiele und ein Büchersortiment.

Herzlich Willkommen! Wir befinden uns auf circa 800 m höhe und nur 10 min Autofahrt entfernt vom Berg Schöckl. Einen Ausflug auf dem Berg sollte man nicht verpassen. Bei uns steht die Ruhe im Vordergrund. Hier ist der ideale Ort für Mondspaziergänge und Walderkundungen. Es leben hier viele Waldtiere wie Rehe, Gams, Füchse, Eulen, Dachs und Feuersalamander. Der Wald ist moosig und die Luft rein. Unser Airbnb ist Familienfreundlich und für Naturliebhaber. Zum Entspannen und Abschalten.

Präbichl is in Semriach near Graz (not Eisenerz). The house is very quiet without artificial light nearby. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot outside the house. No other guests Linens, towels, hair dryer are provided. In the kitchen there are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, bookcase with lots of games, even for kids. TV, radio Children up to the age of 12 have a 20% discount

At an altitude of approx. 600 meters above sea level, at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by nature, you will find our vacation cottage. Although in the middle of the forest, you are only about 10 km from the nearest supermarket, gas station, etc. In our fast-moving time, this should be a place to enjoy time in nature and tranquility. During your stay, we look forward to a visit to the Bio Schusterbauerhof - La Paca (approx. 10 minutes by car from the cottage)

The vacation home Tonart is located on the Mitterlaßnitzberg, a beautiful area with magnificent views and our personal paradise on earth. It is ideal for nature, sports and culinary lovers or those seeking peace and quiet as well as those interested in old craftsmanship.

Very centrally located 50 m² apartment with private garden and private parking in the courtyard. The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in March 2024. The town hall (trade fair) and Jakominiplatz (central bus hub) can be reached in a 10-minute walk. Directly next to the apartment is also a tram station that goes directly to the main square and on to the main train station.
