If you’re looking for peace, sheep, and postcard-perfect views — stop scrolling and book Gerald’s place immediately. Tucked away at the end of the road (literally), this little gem on the Ring of Kerry was pure magic. We had beautiful weather, total tranquility, and more sheep than people — a ratio I now realize I deeply appreciate. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and so well-kept it made me question my own housekeeping standards. Gerald himself is a legend — kind, helpful, and clearly some kind of sheep whisperer. He even let us feed the sheep, which was a total highlight. People pay for that kind of thing elsewhere… here, it’s just part of the charm. If you want to unwind, reconnect with nature (and a few hundred woolly locals), and enjoy some truly Irish hospitality — Gerald’s your guy.

Sinead’s place was wonderful. We stayed there for two nights and honestly wish it could have been longer. It was cozy, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of space and a beautiful view — especially in the morning, watching the sheep just outside the window. One of the highlights of our stay was spending an evening with Sinead’s lovely parents, who let us feed the baby lambs! It was such a heartwarming and memorable experience. They shared so much knowledge with us, and being around the animals truly felt like a dream. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is spectacular, from the views to the spacious cottage. Bridie was amazing with lots of information on what to see and do. If you want a beautiful location to relax this is it. Thanks, Angie and Ted

Seán has created a truly magical place, crafting a traditional, yet contemporary space which is cosy and spacious at the same time. I really felt comfortable there, and all was well equipped and clean. The kitchen is well stocked, with some extra special treats on arrival! I didn't actually meet Seán but Henrietta and Kieran, along with the rest of the family, were wonderful hosts. I particularly loved visiting the horses, the new born pony, the young calves, and feeding the lambs! I will definitely be back. Thank you!
