The apartment is in a Grade 2 listed building with large windows, high ceilings & exposed brickwork in the centre of bohemian NQ. Very central location, on the doorstep of local shops & bars. Five minutes walk to Piccadilly Train Station. The nearest tram stop is two minutes away which gives easy access to both Manchester City and Manchester United grounds. Please note that the NQ is a busy and vibrant area day and night. So please take this into consideration when booking the apartment.

Self contained annexe in my private garden with ensuite bathroom. Own entrance via side gate. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee and also microwave, toaster and crockery/cutlery/glasses. Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.
