Die Ferienwohnung "Südwind"liegt im Erdgeschoss des Hauses und bietet Platz für bis zu4 Personen. In dieser Wohnung sind auch Ihre Vierbeiner Herzlich Willkommen, der Garten und die zwei Terrassen bieten ausreichend Platz zum toben. Die Wohnung hat eine vollausgestattete Kücheund bietet alles was man zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Essen benötigt. Zum entspannen kann man sich in das Wohnzimmer mit der angrenzenden Süd-Terrasse zurückziehen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine seperate Essecke und eine gemütliche Sofaeckemit Sat-TV, DVD-Player , IPod-Docking-Station und Stereoanlage mit CD-Player und Radio . Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer in der Ferienwohnung, eines davon mit einem Doppelbett und eines mit Etagenbett. Beide Schlafzimmer sind komplett abdunkelbar. Das helle Badezimmer bietet eine Dusche, Fön und Kosmetikspiegel. Zusätzlich ist noch ein kleiner Abstellraum vorhanden mit einer Waschmaschine, welche gegen Gebühr nutzbar ist. Das Auto kann direkt am Haus geparkt werden und auch Fahrräder können sicher in der Gartenhütteabgestellt und aufgeladen werden. Das Haus bietet eine super Ausgangslage um Greetsiel zu erkunden; der Deich, Hafen, Abenteuerspielplatz und die Oase sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen. In an old country house a little off the beaten track, you will find a small kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom, a cozy living room with dining area and a bedroom with a double bed on 60 square meters. Not suitable for children. In front of the apartment is a fenced area where your dog can run freely. There is a beach chair and garden furniture available to linger. A beautiful forest directly opposite invites you to stroll. It is about 6 km to Aurich, and you can reach the North Sea in about 30 minutes.

It is located on the outskirts of Aurich and is therefore both close to the city and nature. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday near the North Sea coast and Wadden Sea. Our apartment Deichmöwe is honestly not named after any real seagull species, but its name is an allusion to its fantastic location within the traffic-calmed Möwennest. The approx. 76 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of the house in An't Hellinghus 1C. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is impressive for, among other things, its fireplace, sauna and modern furnishings. In addition to an unfenced garden, a car parking space belongs to the apartment.

The prices are per night/apartment plus tourist tax €3.50 in the main season and €1.80 in the off-season per person./day including bed linens, a set of towels and 2 rental bikes. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.

The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
