The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Quiet, bright and friendly apartment on the second floor in the center of Greifswald. Large rooftop terrace on the third floor with rooftop views. Theater, cinema, museum harbor, zoo and train station within walking distance. The market square with its gabled houses in the style of brick Gothic is around the corner, as is the Pomeranian State Museum. This is an animal-free non-smoking household. Therefore, unfortunately, animals are not welcome. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

The Holzteichquartier is located in a quiet residential area next to the Museumswerft and the Museumshafen. There you will find restaurants and bars on the waterfront within walking distance. Further over a pedestrian bridge, the historic city center can be reached in a few minutes on foot with the market square and all the various shopping, medical practices and other offers for daily needs.
