There are no neighbors (single location). The beautiful town of Jaidhof with a castle and recreational pond is about 500 m away. Krems an der Donau is about 18 km away. The town of Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1 km away. At the Krumau reservoir (10 km), you have the opportunity for a boat trip.

Whether you have a NÖ-Card or not, we are in a very central location for various tourist attractions such as Sonnentor, Arche Noah, Kittenberg Adventure Gardens and many more. The house is a living space, so noises (e.g., woodworm) and visits from animals (e.g., ladybirds) are possible.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it! Our apartment is about 80 m², has 2 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed), bathroom, toilet, living room, kitchen, a large common room with a Swedish stove (wood for a surcharge) and garden. You have your own entrance, well-equipped kitchen with Dishwasher and fridge. Linens, towels, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, clothes rack, books, Games, satellite TV and radio are provided.
