I offer you a small self-contained apartment on the 3rd floor of my house. On 56 m² there is 1 bedroom, kitchen, living room with dining area, a small bathroom and a sunny loggia. You have free access through the staircase, so you can come and go whenever you want. Shopping and restaurant options are within walking distance. Falkensteiner beach with high ropes course and mini golf is close, public transport stop 2 min. walk, ferry dock 5 min. walk. I look forward to your visit

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Stylish beach house - 200 m from the sea - hot tub - sauna - fireplace

Relax in a modernly furnished wooden house directly on the Baltic Sea. After the walk on the beach, jump under the garden shower in the wind-protected garden and then relax in the warm bathtub, listen to the seagulls, maybe go to the sauna again before you retreat to the lounge on the veranda or to the protected loggia to relax. Wake up in the morning overlooking the inland lake and taste your first coffee on the terrace. In 2 minutes you can enjoy the sea air & the vastness on the beach. The apartment is ideal for relaxing and recharging.

Clearance height: 2 meters! The beach, adventure pool, bakery and all other shops are within easy reach.

Apartment for two people

Apartment with private entrance directly on the garden and only 10 minutes from the beach. Private bathroom with shower, small kitchen and living room are available. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided once per stay. Tourist tax €2 per day per person to be paid directly on the beach. Bicycle rental for two people possible (no e-bike). Charging station for electric cars available and can be used for a fee.

Mobile tiny house made of wood with 8 cm insulation made of sheep's wool (biocide-free!), loving interior design with plenty of vegetable oiled wood for a healthy indoor climate and harmonious light, untreated larch wood cladding, five large, outward opening windows, running water, multimedia, loft bed with good mattresses and slatted frames, small fridge and room temperature controlled stone slab heating.

Bright, cool gallery apartment with fantastic sea views and balcony. Lovingly furnished. Quietly located directly opposite the beautiful sandy beach. With large panoramic window and balcony across the entire width of the apartment. Up in the gallery, you can see the starry sky from the bed. Ceiling height at the bed 2.50 m, only gets a little lower at the cozy lounge corner.

The cozy apartment "Speicher" is located in the upper area of a converted barn. The apartment is lovingly and detailed furnished and nothing should be missing to enjoy relaxing days here.
