Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Comfortable 56 m2 chalet including: On the ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, dishwasher) open to the living room with sofa bed and TV, a bathroom with washing machine, a separate toilet. Upstairs: One bedroom with a 140 cm bed + closet, a second bedroom with 90 cm bunk beds and a 90 cm single bed + closet. Linens are not provided in the cottage. Cleaning at the end of the lease is the responsibility of the tenants.

Discover our 22 m2 apartment, located in the heart of the resort in a quiet residence with pool and tennis. It is equipped with 5 beds: 1 new sofa bed in the main room, a sofa bed and a mezzanine bed in the heated mountain corner entrance. It has a fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, microwave oven, dishes, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.), a bathroom with bathtub, a balcony with unobstructed mountain views and not overlooked.

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
