We welcome you to an independent part of our house. You will have access to the enclosed garden. The house is located in the heart of nature, close to the lake and mountains: 4 km from shops, 15 min from Lake Bourget, 25 min from the slopes of Mont Revard, 35 min from Lake Annecy.

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. Beautiful single-story air-conditioned house near the lake

House built in 2010, modern style very pleasant to live in, surface area 190 m2, 4 rooms (1 parental bedroom with bed 160x200, 2 bedrooms with a bed 160x200 / room; on the first floor 1 additional bed 150x190 cm, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs). Loud music that could be an issue with the neighborhood is strictly forbidden as well as dancing on the heating floor, which is not a dancefloor.

A refreshing swimming pool is framed by a well-maintained lawn, with lounge chairs positioned along the edge. The modern building has large glass doors that open to the outdoor area, allowing natural light to flood inside.
