The location is perfect: 200 m as the crow flies to the beautiful canal and only 2 km to the center always along the popular Warendorfer Straße, which is peppered with very nice shops. The popular nightlife district in the Südstadt and the harbor are also easy to reach.

In a quiet residential street, a beautiful spacious studio on 2 levels with small kitchenette, bathroom with shower, WiFi, desk/LAN, sitting area; 2 single beds (possibly another sofa bed in the living/dining room.) We provide breakfast, you take care of the preparation. No TV in the studio. In two minutes walking to the bus stop and from there directly to the city center (about 14 minutes). Close to the city center (4 km), bus stop 150 m. The house is very quiet. You can look into a free field from the studio. Fully equipped kitchenette (sink, fridge, ceramic hob 2 fields, cabinets). Double bed (2m x 1.60 m). The studio has air conditioning. For a toddler we have a baby bed. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). We pay great attention to the environment: solar power, ProWindgas (green), waste separation...

Or around to the left, for a leap into the city.

The apartment is located in the Kley farmhouse in Bösensell. Distance to Münster 15 - to the train station 2.5 kilometers. A separate entrance leads to the bright basement apartment. It can accommodate 2 people on 60 m² with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with adjoining living room with TV.In addition, there is a separate, small garden with seating and lockable garden shed for bicycles. A private parking space also belongs to the apartment.

Stay in the former rectory

Welcome to the housekeeping apartment (basement ) of the former rectory . The apartment is quiet with a view over the private terrace to the garden. In 12 minutes you are walking in the city center. The apartment has its own parking space. Münster charges 4.5% accommodation tax for private overnight stays. In January 2024, the accommodation tax also applies to professional stays. The accommodation tax is not paid through Airbnb but on site.

Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Radtouren ins schöne Münsterland.
