All utilities are included in our prices – so you won’t have to worry about additional bills✨️ The cottage is 56 m², so it’s not a huge luxury property, but in return, it’s cosy and there’s space for togetherness. The plot is 1,200 m² and surrounded by trees. There’s a dog forest and beaches close by by car, as well as really good shopping options. We recommend the cabin for 2 or 3 people, but there is also a sofa bed with a good top mattress, so with a bit of goodwill, 4 of you can stay there. We love going the extra mile to ensure our tenants have a great stay 🏡

Stay in a fantastic scenic area a few minutes' walk from the beach and right next to the beautiful golf course. Røsnæs is something very special, and besides a sea view, you can hear the sound of the sea. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach, where there is a private bathing jetty. The kitchen has all the facilities, with a barbecue outdoors, and in the summer there are plenty of berries in the garden as well as horseradish, which you can eat. At the end of the road (the dam) you come to the nature area, where you can walk the Røsnæs round route.

Whether the cottage is used for relaxation, coziness by the wood stove or trips to the beach and in the woods, it is a really good starting point to relax from everyday life and enjoy life. Max. 8 people, 1 baby + 1 dog.

Summer house Gudmindrup

Relax with the whole family at this lovely summerhouse at Gudmindrup Lyng. The house is 60 sqm and consists of 3 rooms. Two rooms with a double bed and a room with a bunk bed, as well as an annex with a sofa bed. In addition, there is a living room, a kitchen and a dining area. There is a toilet in the house and a bathroom in the annexe. The annexe and the house are connected by a covered walkway. There is a wood-burning stove and a heat pump. Gudmindrup beach with toilet facilities and lifeguard during the high season.

On the lovely Halsnæs close to Lynæs , this unique home is rented out in the middle of a flower garden. It has been newly renovated, respecting the house's 170-year history, and includes a kitchen and bathroom. The house has its own entrance, terrace, parking space and is secluded from the rest of the property. There are 2 bikes available. The property is not suitable for children under the age of 12. There is a staircase in the middle of the property where children could be seriously injured if they fell down.

Huset er med opvaskemaskine, induktionskomfur og mikroovn. Der er 55” tv med chromcast og trådløst højhastigheds netværk. Prisen er incl forbrug, sengetøj, håndklæder, sæbe, toiletpapir , viskestykke og karklud. Der står cykler til fri afbenyttelse både til børn og voksne så man kan udforske området.
