Monthly Rentals in Grézieu-la-Varenne

Sabine and Pascal's studio was very clean and well-equipped. Sabine is very responsive on the phone to any concerns and her husband is the same. Both are very helpful which is lovely. I had some wifi problems that didn't work well at times but it didn't bother me as I had a phone plan with enough internet gigas. Unfortunately, being an intern student, I found the accommodation a little expensive and Sabine did not agree to negotiate the price, although I stayed 3 months, which I found a shame. In summary, despite the price, the accommodation is very nice and well insulated, the air conditioning worked very well and it is a comfort not to be overlooked during high heat, the bed was also very comfortable and Sabine was accommodating from my arrival until my departure.

Perfect spot - very close to everything one could want; boulangerie, pharmacy, bus stop, grocery, restaurants. Despite to proximity to the center of Grezieu La Varenne, it was very quiet. Everything one could want was provided, the place was exceptionally clean. Response to my question was immediate. Highly recommend.

Agnès gave us all the necessary instructions for the accommodation. The house was particularly well maintained and well equipped. My little girl loved the chicken coop
