We ask tenants to feed our cats and chickens that stay outside. We are 15 min from St Emilion, 35 min from Bordeaux, 18 min from Libourne and 2 min from Branne where you will find all amenities.

Adjacent to the estate, the cottage, with its private garden, will offer you the silence of the countryside and a peaceful view. In summer, you can enjoy access to the shared pool. Lots of wineries around us, walks or bike rides, flea markets and garage sales depending on the period, and if you want to breathe in the ocean, it's not far!

You can visit the region easily: we are 30 minutes from Bordeaux and 1 hour from the coast.
