Cozy holiday apartment in quiet surroundings on our four-winged country estate, just outside Smidstrup Strand in Gilleleje. Cozy all-room with living room/kitchen, as well as stairs to bedroom on the 1st floor. The stairs are steep, and the apartment is therefore not suitable for children. In the courtyard, there is some space for you, so you can also enjoy the outdoor environment here. NOTE! On weekdays, there may be some activity on the property due to bricklaying, when employees arrive, goods deliveries, etc. Motorcycles, welcome!

Within the layout is 55 sqm, and here you can expect a newer kitchen from 21 ', bathroom from 24' and a cozy furnished family room. Bakery & fish store 5 min walk from the house. Very cute town Tisvildeleje 20 min bicycle ride away. Built in annex with own entrance and toilet. The house is perfect for 2 families/2 generations. Five grownup bicycles available for guests. Please note no smoking inside or on the property. No parties.

Slap af i denne unikke og rolige bolig på gården Granholm, som ligger i naturskønne omgivelser med dejlig stor have, og med søer, skov og mose lige udenfor. Vi bor tæt på Helsinge, men alligevel helt for os selv. Vi har får og høns. Lejligheden er bygget i gårdens tidligere vognport og lo, og indeholder et stort rum med køkken, spisehjørne, sofahjørne og sengeafdeling. Toilet og bad ved siden af soveafdelingen. Sengen kan deles til 2 enkeltsenge, og der kan laves en ekstra opredning på sofaen.

Trains & Buses to Copenhagen and the North coast are only a 5 min walk away. District towns, such as Gilleleje with a beach and a harbour with a cozy atmosphere. Larger towns such as Hillerød and Helsingør both with historical castles and shopping . If you would like a nice day trip it is possible to take the ferry from Helsingør to Helsingborg in Sweden.
