Our vacation home is located in the former horse stable and farm barn. We have renovated this house with a lot of love and passion for the old building from 1873 into a vacation home with the luxury and comfort of today. The vacation home and our own home are located on a 7600 m2 plot. Next to the vacation home, there is a space for the bicycles to be put inside with a charging point for e-bikes. The washing machine is also here. Our vacation home is rented including made-up beds and towels.

Inmiddels verhuren we 6 jaar, dit is onze ervaring: ons vakantiehuis past het best voor stellen die voor de omgeving en/of rust komen. Of gezinnen met 1, 2 of 3 (jonge) kinderen. Kinderen hebben dan veel ruimte om in de tuin te spelen. In totaal 4 bedden, daarbij kan nog een campingbedje geplaatst worden.

The house is next to our arable farm, but not so close that you will be bothered by it. This cozy farmhouse, Hof Mettenije, is located on the outskirts of a village on a quiet dike. In the middle of the fields, in peace and yet close to the sea with beautiful large sandy beaches (2.5 km). The house (about 200 m2) is suitable for large families (10 people). Optionally and if available, the adjacent guesthouse can be rented (2-4p). The house has all the comforts and is completely energy neutral.

Between Middelburg and Vlissingen is our newly built detached guest house, Studio Abeele. The location has a kitchen with bar table and sitting area, sanitary room with shower and a spacious sleeping loft. There is underfloor heating and floor cooling in the summer.
