Welcome to our oasis of peace directly in the agricultural area in the Grisons mountains. You can relax in the wonderful living climate of the solid wood spruce house with its own water source. For us it is an oasis of peace, strength and happiness. The house, newly built in 2024, is a little remote and yet only 12 minutes from the city of Chur, 9 minutes from Churwalden and 15 minutes from Lenzerheide. It is a wonderful location for skiing/cross-country skiing, biking, hiking or to be and enjoy.

Maybe even work a little in between - no problem thanks to standing desks, office chairs and large screens. The kitchen offers complete equipment with St. Moritz wine glasses, Engadin wooden plates, dishwasher, oven as well as steamer. The house has a bicycle and a ski room as well as a laundry room incl. tumble dryer and Secomat. There is also a washing machine in the apartment.

Free parking space is incl in the rent. The area is equally popular in the summer, ideal for mountain hikes or biking to beautiful lakes Cresta- and Caumasee.

The 130 m2 guesthouse is located in a forest clearing in Heidiland, at the entrance to the Weisstannental valley at 1000 m above sea level, with a view of the Principality of Lichtenstein. It can be reached by car via the Zurich-Chur motorway, exit Mels/Sargans. 15 min. after the motorway you reach the guesthouse. Parking is available next to the guesthouse. It is built in the style of a loft. Underfloor heating and a fireplace ensure the guests' well-being.
