Cozy 3-room apartment

The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of a Walser house built in 1937 and was gently renovated in 2019. The charm of the 80s has been preserved and supplemented with elements of modern times. According to the traditional construction (family house), the house is not soundproof from the outside or the inside. This means that the roommates are occasionally (sometimes more, sometimes less) audible. Therefore, we ask the respective tenants to be considerate and to be a little quieter when dancing the waltz :)

Original Rustico - Alpe Gribel (Centovalli)

- Original left Ticino Alp as my ancestors used it for Sömmerung & Hay. Only within walking distance in about 1 hour from private road (token CHF 20.- per driveway, parking included) or 2.5 hours from Intragna train station. - Outdoor drinking water & toilet (plastic barrel without water flush). - No electricity but cell phone reception ok - Collect wood for cooking in the forest and provide it for successors. - In accordance with simplicity, the house must be cleaned by the guests themselves!👌

Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

The apartment is on the second floor of our wooden house and has been lovingly preserved and restored in the wooden style. It is simply and stylishly furnished so that you feel right at home in the distance. It is spacious and offers a large balcony with incredible views over the Prättigau with a view of Klosters at the back of the valley. The house is built on the southern slope and enjoys many hours of sunshine. Peace and tranquility are guaranteed here! Most comfortable for 4 guests.
