The apartment near the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Bauhaus Dessau" is located very centrally on the short route between Dessau main station and the Bauhaus and opposite the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous amenities such as a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, organic shop, and restaurants. There are four apartments and two doctors' offices in the building, behind which there is a car park that is locked at night.

My accommodation is in the municipality of Muldestausee in the district of Gröbern. Gröbern is a small town with 800 inhabitants. In 10 minutes you reach the Gröberner See, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, subs, boats and fins for a fee in the forest resort. By bike you can explore the entire surroundings from the Wörlitzer Gartenreich to the Goitzsche. Leipzig and Halle are also not far away. The new FOC outlet centre can be reached in 25 minutes.
