The apartment consists of a 20 square meter large living room and a Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and window. It is located in a well-kept house with separate entrance, away from big city noise and yet close. Parking is directly outside the property. Conveniently located 10 minutes from the center by car or tram. Beauty salon and supermarkets NETTO next door. By car only 5 minutes to the highway A17und 20 minutes the airport. Ideal for larger groups with up to 13 people, who can cook and eat together or play pool billard in the large living room which used to be a restaurant in former times. Located close to the famous Spreewald, you can go hiking, paddeling or do bike tours. The house has 3 ancient fireplaces and no central heating, but we provide electric fans. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. 5 toilets, 2 showers.

Quiet, very nice house/property near the Elbe.

Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people.
