Beautiful home with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. Can be totally contactless if that is a wish, because everything is separate and has its own entrance and lockbox. House is cleaned by us according to Airbnb rules. Important due to ambiguity, we can serve/make breakfast, but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pp. The meadow opposite the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced, and the garden is not fenced.

TV en WIFI aanwezig. Ontbijt mogelijk na contact. Het huisje heeft een eigen terras met een omheinde tuin waar je in de rust en stilte kunt genieten van het mooie vrije uitzicht over de weilanden. It is a quiet park, where people also come for their peace and not to party. The house has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fireplace and a pizza oven. Our cottage is behind our house near the nature reserves of Haaksberger- en Buurserveen. Nature bath within walking distance. Enjoy the peaceful environment and beautiful walking and biking trips. Price for the sauna on request From the veranda you can enjoy a beautiful view of meadows and wooden walls. The place is suitable for 1 or 2 people. For a small fee, you will build your own campfire. There is a coal barbecue. The use of your own cooking appliances is not allowed.

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.
