A stone's throw away, you will find yourself in nature reserves with the most beautiful hiking and biking routes. Those who prefer to discover the markets, shops and terraces of Winterswijk and surrounding villages are also in the right place. Tucked away in a wild garden is this unique garden house, close to the historic center of Deventer. Sustainably built with recycled materials and tastefully decorated. Ideal for two people, with a sofa bed for a third person. The garden house has its own entrance and there is a lot of privacy. Through the oldest city park in the Netherlands, you cross the IJssel with the ferry and you are in the middle of the lively city center. Or walk around the corner into the floodplains.

De Kweepeer is a cozy space in the bakery that is located next to a farmhouse. The house has all the comforts. Beemte Broekland is located in a rural area between Apeldoorn and Deventer. You love a vintage look and quiet environment, especially in the evening. The Veluwe and the IJssel are easy to visit, but cities like Zutphen and Zwolle are also easily accessible. You may park the car(s) by the house. We do not provide a breakfast service. Come stay!

The lovingly furnished apartment MarWil is located in a two-family house in a central location, quietly located in a cul-de-sac. The large apartment (94 square meters) can accommodate 5 guests in two bedrooms and a large sofa bed in the living room. There are 2 separate entrances. The fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer. The fully covered terrace (30 sqm) is a special extra!

Welcome to our tiny house that is furnished for 4 people. The tiny house is located in a farming village with lots of nature, forest, heathland and IJssel in the area. Bring your bike or rent a bike in our village or put on your walking shoes to optimally enjoy the Veluwe. Or come and relax and unwind in our tiny house that is equipped with all conveniences.
