Studio with independent access via a fairly narrow external staircase. Parking the bathroom + the room is about 14 m2 the surface of the bed area is not taken into account because the height is less than 1.80 m There is a kitchenette, 1 separate toilet and a shower room open to the main room with a shower and a sink; all form a single room. Located in a very quiet area, a 5-minute drive from Berck. Very nice walks to do. Facing the bay of Authie.
