Villa EMA is a modern design villa meeting all modern-day demands. The layout, interior decoration, carefully chosen furniture and all the details will satisfy even the most demanding guests. Villa Ema accommodates only one guests on entire property . The courtyard is dominated by a heated outdoor private pool with salt water(from 01.May-15.October).There is a covered terrace where you can enjoy the time next to the pool. The villa is settled in quiet neighborhood , 80 meters from the beach.

Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.
