Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

The covered terrace invites you to spend a lot of time outside and listen to the sounds of the forest, see the birds and squirrels that visit us. You are in the middle of the forest and yet the village is only a ten-minute walk away, take a walk or use the rental bikes to explore the area.
