Please note the cooking facilities are a 2 ring hob with extractor hood, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, ustensils and crockery… The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed (2*(80*200)), 2 armchairs and coffee table, 4 chairs with a dining table. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140*190). The bathroom includes shower, washbassin and loo. Car Park free.

Quiet accommodation in a natural setting, in the old stones of an old farmhouse. You will have a cottage adjoining the main house but nevertheless independent, close to a park with goats and chickens. Horseback riders, a meadow can be provided, with hay and water. Ideal location for tourism, between lakes and castles, a stone's throw from Morvan but also from the Wine Route, at the crossroads between Beaune, Dijon and Semur-en-Auxois...

The La Charme gîte is located in Sacquenay in the heart of the Bourgogne Franche Comté region. I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.
