The small guest apartment in the basement of our single-family house is located in a preferred location of Stralsund overlooking the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct connection to the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route. It is a one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the fold-away bed that can be folded up during the day. A baby crib is provided upon request.

This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.
