Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. This special property is located in a listed villa in the row at the Pfaffenteich directly in the center of Schwerin. Attractions, shopping and several lakes are close by and within walking distance. The apartment was newly furnished in June 2023 and offers 2 bedrooms and a stylishly furnished living room with lake view. In the staircase there is a balcony from which you can enjoy the sunsets at Pfaffenteich.
