The entire upper floor of a house that is almost 100 years old: three bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, lockable, space for 5. I live downstairs with my children. We've completely redone the kitchen — induction hob, dishwasher, a proper work surface. The windows, on the other hand, are a simple standard model, and the floorboards creak because they are as old as the house. That's why the walls are thick... Potsdam can be reached by train in 7 minutes, and Berlin in 30. Lake Plessow is just down the road.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Our 3-room apartment in the attic (2nd floor) is located in the most beautiful square in Werder - in the middle of the beautiful island. Here you will find the old town with listed fishermen's houses, pretty alleys, church houses, a historic mill and shops and cafes. Everything is surrounded by greenery and water. On our farm there is a café with delicious breakfast, lunch and café offers. Near the apartment there is a bakery, restaurants and a boat and bike rental.

Forget your worries – in this spacious and quiet accommodation. The apartment is located in a quiet area of Werder (Havel). In the immediate vicinity are the Havel thermal baths and the Great Zernsee. The state capital of Potsdam can be reached within 15 minutes by regional train. Shopping can be done in the shops in the Havelauen, which are within walking distance. The apartment with old building charm is simply furnished and has only basic furnishings.

Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.
