Beautiful recent villa (140 m2), waterfront on the Isolella peninsula in South Corsica with direct access to the beach. A little piece of heaven at any time of year. Spectacular sunsets. Large living room sea view with fireplace. Sea view dinning kitchen. 4 bedrooms: 3 with double bed +1 with 2 bunk beds accommodating 4 children. 25 minutes from Ajaccio airport and 3 minutes from shops. Neat interior. Air conditioning. VILLA IN CORSICA, Hamlet of Pevani (Calcatoggio) with uninterrupted views over the ocean. Beautiful three bedroom three bathroom villa with stunning views over the bay of Sagone to Cargese. Plenty of terrace/deck space and an incredible infinity pool. Fully air-conditioned, large living room with open plan kitchen. Very quiet, surrounded by nature, Ajaccio (airport & ferry) is a 35 min drive. Ample parking. Large Mediterranean garden bordered by two streams. Paradise found.

Ideal for four people, the house is composed of 2 bedrooms with private bathroom (Italian shower, independent toilet), a kitchen open to a cosy living room. The wooden terrace with heated pool lounge and sunbeds will be synonymous with relaxation and letting go. A wooden terrace surrounded by rocks and scrubland, for a more intimate atmosphere.
