Apartment "Zwiesel" is one of three apartments on our estate 'Kollmannsbrunn' and is situated in the surroundings of the Berchtesgadener National Park, adjacent to the border with Austria, and provides views of the idyllic farmland at the foot of the Hochstaufen, Zwiesel, and Predigstuhl mountains. Footpaths and cycle ways lead directly from the house to the spa town of Bad Reichenhall (3 km), as well as nearby forests and the Austrian village of Grossgmain.

You rent the entire second floor (90 m²) plus a balcony (6m²). The bright, light-flooded apartment is newly adapted and captivates with modern or old art (originals). Most rooms have 60-year-old, revitalised parquet floors, including the bathroom. The spacious apartment can also be booked by two couples (or a group) as there is a second toilet and the bathroom has two entrances and is lockable.
