Thanks to the direct highway connection, you can reach Dresden in 20 minutes. The apartment was modernly furnished in 2018 on the upper floor with GDR nostalgia room, offers a large bathroom, a conservatory with fireplace and an additional toilet. The recently newly built balcony allows a beautiful view of nature and is equipped with heaters.

Dunkelheit und Sterne sehen, Feuer machen, nackt unterm Apfelbaum duschen (Campingdusche liegt bereit) oder den ganzen Tag herrlich vertrödeln, unsere frischen Eier und selbstgemachten Brötchen essen. Und das Beste: der Badesee ist gleich um die Ecke...

Location in quiet Tolkewitz with only a 10-minute walk to the Elbe. Bus and tram stop 3-minute walk. Tram 18 minutes without changing to the center. Bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. Bicycle racks and bicycle storage are available. Ample free parking. Community garden with sandpit and trampoline. Wonderful starting point for cycling trips, hikes to Saxon Switzerland, a walk along the Elbe meadows, a stroll through the city and much more.

Other excursion destinations, such as Upper Lusatia or Saxon Switzerland, are very easy to reach from here. The apartment is on the second floor of a detached house. All rooms are very bright. A supermarket is a 10-minute walk, and the nearest train station is only 5 minutes away. On the other hand, quiet forests in the immediate vicinity invite you to relax.

You can explore many sights. Thanks to the direct highway connection, you can reach your destination in no time. In the village there are 2 bakers and 2 butchers. The outdoor pool can also be reached on foot or by bike in the village.

Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.

The Koboldhütte is a modern renovated apartment in a house from 1750. The ceiling height is, as was customary at the time, about 2 meters!
