Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Grottammare

We stayed with Alfredo in May. At this time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrellas and sun loungers just around the corner on the beach. The apartment of Alfredo is well suited for 2 people. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you very much

everything went well, including the proximity to the beach and its amenities... the pine forest between the house and the sea that we took advantage of every day because of the heat above all during lunch... also those on the greenbay. The only note out of tune is the noise of the train that disturbs during the nest in the pine forest... common or railways should make noise barriers at least in some busiest stretches

Great location, very tidy and beautiful apartment. The room temperature is just right, and the room is very artistic. Check-in and check-out were very convenient, communication with the host was very smooth, and he responded quickly! Great!

The apartment is located in the city center, but it is still very quiet. On the ground floor there is a bar where you can go down in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for an aperitif. There are many good restaurants, shops, bars, you will find everything you need. Both the station and the beach are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, equipped with everything you need. Well-functioning air conditioning offered relief after a hot day on the beach. An added bonus is the huge rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and an umbrella. We spent our evenings there pleasantly. We will definitely return to Pescara and this apartment. Grace is a wonderful guest, she responded quickly to our questions.

We had a great time, the apartment is cozy and clean, the location was awesome and very near to the beach and the restaurants. Perfect refuge in a home away from home! We will be back!

Very comfortable apartment by the sea, which is reached by crossing the street, with a fantastic terrace on the seafront in the center of Marcelli that allows you to eat every day with a view of the Conero! The apartment is equipped with a private parking, essential in summer to explore the beautiful surroundings without the anxiety of where to park the car on the way back. Rosalba was always very kind and helpful.

Very clean, spacious and cozy, located just a few minutes from the highway toll booth. Daniele was very helpful and extremely responsive. We'll definitely be back next time.

A pretty terraced house in the enchanting old town of Recanati! Wonderful tranquility, short distances, comfortable amenities and very nice and caring hostess! The city is on the hill and the view from Antonietta's house is so beautiful - an incredible expanse, the Mediterranean roofs and the good atmosphere of the city. Everything highly recommended.

Fabrizio's place is simply magical, a real hidden gem. The house is comfortable and tidy, the forest in which it is located is beautiful and private, despite being very easy to get there with a short walk. Fabrizio is a professional, kind and helpful person, in addition to welcoming us and showing us the accommodation in a complete way, dedicating time, he showed us hiking trails in Gran Sasso Park that we really appreciated. 5 stars easy!!

We stayed for two weeks (February -April) at Fausto’s place. Enjoyed everything about this house, very private with beautiful backyard garden fully fenced which was great for our dog. The house was spotless clean from kitchen to bathroom and bedrooms. The surroundings - the area short drive (5-10 minutes) is dotted with beautiful top-hill historic villages, vineyards, olive and vegetable farms. Good eateries everywhere. Fausto, our host, was very pleasant, friendly, and easy to comunicate with and super responsive. Overall, it’s a five star for everything and we highly recommend Fausto’s place to everyone planing to visit the area any time of the year!

Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

Davide and his father were extremely helpful and accommodating, we got there late ( airline issues) and it was not an issue for them at all. Their local recommendations were spot on, everything is within walking or biking distance and there are a ton of things to do. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place to unwind and relax.

The listing is in a very nice place. The infinity pool is huge with stunning views. The house is very well maintained and the garden is beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They took great care of us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we return to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

We arrived mid September after spending some time in Rome and the Amalfi and needed a relaxing time Which the location and Milas apartment provided. The sea, beautiful, easily reached with a 6/7 minute walk. Nearby there is everything you need, supermarkets, tobacco, pharmacies, and bars. Also close to the village of Grottammare Alta, with a view of the crazy sea. Conveniently reachable by scooters, bicycles or walking, along the very long cycle-pedestrian cycle, also the beautiful San Benedetto del Tronto, with many bars and restaurants. It was really a nice stay, thanks again to Martina and the kind Ivana, who made us feel at home right away!

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. Beautiful apartment, with attention to detail and functional. It is located within a residence with services that we have not tried and very quiet. It is located outside Marcelli and you need a car to get to the tourist destinations. Alessio is very quiet and helpful. You'll be fine.

we spent a night during our vacation, we were friendly welcomed, the flat is beautiful and we had everything we needed. the area is beautiful and peaceful. Just few minutes away from the beach, but in a quiet area. Next time we will come for longer!
