Beautiful and nice house, nothing missing. Everything is thought for families and children, we enjoyed the games provided, the friendly layout of the house. As well as the private character of the location. We were not notified that the sauna was not working during our stay. Thank you.

We loved Christines place. We are a family of four, with children of 5 & 10 and the gite was really cosy & comfortable with a great atmosphere for a special family holiday. Both children loved the pool and the hot tub ( grown ups too! ). My son loved the table tennis table and we all loved the surroundings and being able to safely go for walks and bike rides. The village is really near by with a bakery for yummy breakfasts. We have stayed at many air bnbs in the area because my parents live near by, and this has been the best place we have stayed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The description is completely in line with reality and the welcome is managed efficiently, allowing you to make the most of a great holiday. Contact with the owners is easy and pleasant, we recommend without hesitation!

Very nice cottage, Serge was able to put us at ease. He explained the spots to visit. With him, communication is very fluid. The amenities of the wellness area is a plus, the kids enjoyed it. I'd recommend it without a second thought

We had a great time at Martine and Eric's house. They are very welcoming and caring, with good walking tips. Martine's little touches are at the top. The accommodation is great and equipped with all the comforts you need. The spa is a real plus, especially after a busy day. We highly recommend it.

We spent 2 weeks at Josette's house this summer. Pool at 31, very quiet area. It feels good in Josette's house! We could come back without any hassle! Thanks for the stay!!

Excellent! The most complete family home I've ever booked. A small welcome gift was given to us. It has everything you need and the big plus, activities for family and children: board games, bike ride (the sea is next door), ping pong table, trampoline, and relaxation in the hot tub. A quality service,and it starts as soon as we arrive, because it's not a box with code that awaits us but Sylvain, a welcoming and adorable person. Fluid exchange with Cynthia, highly responsive. We spent a very refreshing week at Sven's house! Welcome facilitated by Mr. Dellette, who takes care of the rental on site, very well designed and equipped spacious house, surrounded by a beautiful fenced garden very well maintained, which we enjoy at all times thanks to the large veranda. The bikes available are a real asset, to make the most of the surrounding nature: bike paths in the forest or the marshes, great wild beaches... Wonderful discoveries! And Sven is a very responsive owner, excellent communication. Thanks again! We'll be happy to go back!

Our stay went very well in a very quiet neighborhood. The main room is south facing hence the sun in the mornings. The interior is well laid out, clean and well heated. The car can be returned to the grounds. Stay to be repeated.

Our stay at Marie Reine's went very well. Her apartment is very well arranged in decor and equipment. Very comfortable for us, free parking nearby in winter. Well located near the city center of St Martin en Ré. I recommend it.

We received a fantastic welcome, Brigitte accepted us with our big doggie for two nights. Thanks to Brigitte we spent a very merry Christmas in a small group in her very clean cocoon, very well equipped and in a quiet location. Brigitte even ran a race to help us out her apartment is apparently also successful also if we had to return to Les Sables d 'Olonne, it would be without hesitation for us to contact Brigitte again. Thanks so much for everything.

We loved our stay, the location was perfect to explore the island, everything we needed was on the door step from groceries to bike hire. Lila and Didier were perfect hosts and always helpful. I would highly recommend the place.

Nice little apartment- very nice covered terrace. Everything relatively remot - shopping, restaurant etc rather by car or bike! Cosy places can be reached in 10-20 minutes! Beaches rather further and low tide depending. The lighthouse shines into the bedroom when the shops are open - very nice but also need to get used to... All in all very nice and very good amenities…

We had a lovely stay at Brigitte’s place. The apartment was great - very clean and well-equipped. The bikes and pool were an added bonus. La Flotte is a lovely village and the beautiful port area is only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommend.

Franck was an excellent host and met us when we arrived at the property. He was really friendly and took the time to show us all the facilities including how to remove the pool cover and work the barbecue. We were really thankful Franck helped us make an appointment at the local veterinary for our dog to get pet passport stamped. The accommodation is really spacious and Franck has thought of everything you will need. The outside space is really big with lots of seating and of course the pool. The swimming pool was just fantastic, top quality, very clean and heated to a lovely temperature. We used the barbecue several times which was also high quality. The bedrooms were all large and bed very comfortable. The neighbourhood is very quite and only 10-15 minute walk through a park to the sea front and the beach. Great Boulangerie in Bretignolles. The coastal towns all within easy access. We would highly recommend Francks place and will definitely look to return the in the future.

very nice stay. Very nice typical Rethaise house, tastefully decorated. The house is anything but cold and impersonal; it feels like home. This is a house that has a soul and is perfectly equipped. Hélène has always been very responsive and accommodating with the check-in and check-out time. Allison who welcomed us, was perfectly attentive throughout the stay. I would recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

We had a fantastic holiday here in Toby's house in October. The location is fantastic and we were at the beach every day. The shops and market in the village are also close and have everything you need. The house was great for our group, it is just like the photos and a cozy beachside house four our autumn holiday. The house was spotless, the beds really comfortable and the living areas great for relaxing after our time in the water. Thanks so much for hosting us, we'll be back for sure!

We had a pleasant w-e at Lydie's place. The pool is perfect, the house is as described, well arranged with all the necessary amenities. In addition, Lydie was responsive and very accommodating. Thank you very much, we will be back!

We have just spent a week, July 2024, a family of 12 plus a baby, at this very beautiful house. There is everything and more you could ever need. It is quiet. It is a beautiful area and the village has a beautiful bakery and supermarket. The beach is approx 15 mins by car. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we loved it. The kids played tirelessly in the beautiful big pool. The house has cots, high chair and even toys for the children. It was my 60th birthday and my family organised a local private chef (Manu chef a domicile) to cook for us, recommended by Will and it was amazing. We picked up hire cars at the train station also recommended by Will. The whole process was more than easy. We had the best time and would highly recommend to a large family. We hope that this is not the last time we stay at this stunning house and hopefully not our last time in La Rochelle. Holiday blues are real when you’ve visited such a beautiful place 😊
