Nice new studio, in a quiet area. Very close to the lake. Bike path nearby. Stream and waterfall on the property. Guests have the entire apartment, as well as a large terrace with lake view. They will also have the option to store (bicycles and/or skis, etc.) in our workshop provided for this purpose. Located 200 meters from the famous Lake Annecy, the apartment offers an ideal vantage point to contemplate it at different times of the day or throughout the seasons. Annecy and its amenities are just a short drive away.

Large 32 m2 studio on the ground floor of the owners' house. Independent entrance, quiet assured by the countryside environment (the house is facing fields), very nice view of Semnoz Mountain (famous spot for paragliders that we see passing over the house since a landing area is located 300 m away).
