In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Our house is nestled in fields that turn yellow with dandelions in the spring and white with snow in the winter. In summer, the scent of mowed meadows blows through the air and as autumn approaches, the fruit trees and the garden directly in front of the apartment bear fruit. Here in the Allgäu you can really be close to nature. Excursion destinations for hiking and cycling are easily accessible from here, but the apartment, garden and nearby forest also invite you to relax in peace.

A lovely, country-style apartment with many historical elements in a refurbished farmhouse. We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. (eg. wood-fiber insulation, as well as clay plaster on all the inside walls.) The bright 2.5 room apartment has been newly renovated and lovingly furnished in an ethno-retro style. In the living room, there is a cozy sofa bed with mattress (140•200). On the shelf you will find many German, English and Turkish books and games that serve as entertainment. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom and bathroom, there is a spacious balcony with balcony furniture and partial mountain views.

Favorite place with sauna area for cold days

You will stay in the attic of our newly built farmhouse. The whole house is a vacation farm with 3 residential units. The apartment is modernly furnished with individual accents from the past. A small balcony with magnificent views of the Allgäu Alps completes our “favorite place.” There is a sauna in the house. It can be used and invites you to relax on cold autumn and winter days.

Sweet Old Town apartment

The cute old town apartment is centrally located in Isny im Allgäu. Public parking (extra charge) is nearby (e.g. at the city wall). The nearest supermarket is within walking distance and bakeries, clothing stores, bars and a cinema are also very close. Various hiking trails, bike paths and cross-country ski trails start in the village and are well-signposted.
