Apartamento tipo loft sobre vivienda particular en una finca rural, con entradas independientes. Muy bien comunicado con la nacional Granada-Guadix y a menos de 30’ en coche a ambas ciudades. Supermercado y restaurantes a 10’ andando, al igual que al pueblo. Zonas de paseo muy tranquilas. La Sierra Arana, espacio increíble a descubrir, se encuentra a 10’ en coche. Zona de ocio al aire libre: senderismo, espacios públicos para comer y barbacoa, parque infantil… Ideal para disfrutar del campo!!!

It is located in the Paseo de los Tristes, that is, in the lower part of the Albaizin.

El mayor atractivo de la casa es su situación, con unas vistas impresionantes al Parque Nacional de Sierra Nevada y al embalse de Canales. Está muy bien comunicada con el centro de Granada y la estación de esquí de Sierra Nevada, solo a media hora conduciendo. Sobre las mascotas, se admiten pero pagando un suplemento de 30€ por una mascota a parte de la reserva, consultar con los anfitriones.
